This stuff is all fairly cheap, is there a reason why this is all size 40? Is this some guys personal collection he's selling off?

***Also, I see some older FH stuff on Rakuten Global that I may be interested in… does anyone in the US have experience ordering directly from them? Do you get hit with hefty customs fees etc?
