i went to my 1st Iron Heart anonymous meeting & they told me i have to stop buying Iron Heart gear.  i asked if i could go on a Nicorite kind of plan where they kind of taper you off . . .  they kicked me out

Some famous actor dies and they already have arrested four people that "might" have sold the drugs to him. My best friend died from a heroin overdose 11 years ago. Nobody was arrested when he died. This world is FUCKED up. He was famous so we make a big deal about his overdose but I'm sure at least one person died from an overdose in my city last night.

Pretty much at my peak with stress right now. Found out yesterday a couple of the discs are failing in my thoracic spine. More cortisone injections in the spine to follow, fun. Need to set a appointment with a neuro surgeon to be re evaluated. The Mrs is pretty loaded down with work, and her stress is getting spread across the house. The saying shit rolls downhill applies here, it sucks being stuck in the valley. I hate bitching just for the sake of it, but if I don't vent I'm gonna have a stroke

That's some serious stress bro. Health issues and work issues can weigh very heavily, and it affects everyone in the house. Hope it starts getting better.

The news on my back wasn't all that surprising, I am pretty familiar with the symptoms now so I had a rough idea. However, as it sets on you, you start to think about surgery, and the 3 months that follow where your pretty much bed bound. All of it is just piling on, and adding the mental stress to the physical has gotten the better of me.

No good jdl.. Back stuff is always hard.  Myself I'm off for a biopsy on my stones tomorrow.. Second one in as many months.  Pain.. 
On the up side, I just dispatched a huntsman spider the size of my fucking hand.. Hate those assholes with a passion.

I have a piece of dirt stuck in my eye. Drops haven't helped and I can even rub my eye ball and it won't move. Afraid if I leave it there it may cause an infection

You sure it's dirt?  I had a similar experience, but it was a scratch. Felt like sand that wouldn't move. Had to wear a lame eye patch for two weeks.
