White's Boots

Beetus, I'd have a guess that over 80% of the male species that wear boots do so on a block heel and also manage to walk a mile or two without developing rickets or having to have leg splints fitted afterwards, plus with White's you get a lot of support. You're good and you wont feel like you're going to topple over backwards constantly. Enjoy.

They're a functional resole for a pair of work shoes and the standard of workmanship is extremely good. I'm nott 100% sold on the black soles, but they're only for work and not dancing

Just clicked process on a new order. Went a little overboard and ordered two pairs, but I'm selling most of my other boots to justify it.
Went with Cougars with black chrome excel toe, heel, and backstay with a black roughout upper and black Vibram 2021 sole, and Bounty Hunters with red dog roughout toe, heel, and back stay, and black bullhide uppers. Double midsole in natural with a block heel.

So I had to send my LTT farmer ranchers in for a rebuild to a 10.5b on the left boot. As I thought it would be, the 10b was indeed too small.
so a little more than a month later I got my rebuilt left boot back…with the wrong sole. YES!
I am so pissed. I've already called white's and they're gonna give me some sort of ups ship code thing and I guess they're gonna resole it with the 430 mini lug, but I'm still livid.
at least people who are curious can see what brown smooth looks like before and after obenauf's application. even months after the fact.
