    @Giles:

    I feckin hate, really feckin hate Christy soles….

    Yep.  They may have a purpose, but then again, so do orthopedic shoes.  I'm not gonna wear them by choice.

    @Megatron1505:

    I really like Rafas but never saw the fuss about Road Champs at all.

    Yep.  Something about the proportions; they're distinctive, just not appealing.

      The pressure changes cause me nothing but pain, I'll pass. It's not actual flying that's the issue, prior to injuries I quite enjoyed it

        Other than that: fuck off.

        So you won't come over for pizza? Also, what about when pigs fly?

              I prefer the aisle seat.  Then again, I'm not a camel by any stretch of the imagination.  But really, I prefer it so I can sometimes stretch my long legs out into the aisle, or get up whenever I want.  I get way too restless sitting still for long periods of time.

                I understand what they are good for, and if you need them for that, cool.  BUT why fuck up a perfectly good pair of boots by putting a Christy on when it is not needed......?

                Weird this came up today. Went arse over tit turning a corner while running after my 5 year old (he loved it) this morning and cursed the shit out of my Christy soles. Was actually wondering WHY they're so widely used? Giles, you seem to know what they're good for….well what?!

                        The Christy sole was designed for workers who are on their feet all day (hence the cushioning). It really is kind of an orthopedic sole.

                        Think it, be it.

                          But how do they actually manage to STAY on their feet? Work involving no forward, backward or sideway movement….

                              So we're supposed to look like crap.  Well done, America.  Well done.

                                I think the Black Keys are overrated.

                                    I love them, but I would say that they're overexposed. IT seems like every fucking thing that comes out involves Auerbach these days.

                                      I would say the genre they belong in, whatever you want to call it, has become overexposed

                                        i would say there first couple albums were brilliant
                                        the big come up is awesome even
                                        after attack and release i kinda just lose interest
                                        for me anyways

                                        don't you know there ain't no devil? only god when he's drunk!

                                          I would say that El Camino is quite easily the stand out album, but much like Nirvanas Nevermind it will attract unwarranted criticism due to its popularity.

                                          They wrote a couple of really good albums and one great album, and they put on a really cool live show and that is all for me.

                                          Unpopular opinion: Arcade Fire are consistently the most innovative group in music today.
