The first one is a Common Cause (Old guys from Norway) Longsleeve, kind of Nike Elephant Skin print rip-off, the second is an old NoFX tshirt. Good times!

Yes it is, not too much of a story, I made a decision to stop clubbing+drinking, and exercise+eat healthy. Too much of a good thing is not good, in short.
