Grass Run ribeye. You Europeans may take grass fed beef for granted, but it's still fairly rare here. The American palate prefers fatty grain fed beef, and grain-fed, hormone-injected, miserable feedlot-living cattle certainly yield more meat faster than letting them graze on what they're supposed to eat. I prefer grassfed, originally for humane and health reasons, now for those reasons and flavor.
Started with oysters and a Brussels sprouts salad. This needed no side save a claret.

Had eggs Benedict and this for brunch. A great carrot dish and a great Brussels sprouts dish that had smoked quail eggs in it.
