dry mud is way easier to remove as wet mud…at least on roughout leather that is.
when on "normal" leather, i also remove it asap. since these hikers are made to take a serious beating (and i hope they'll receive one), i don't care too much about it! in the end they are just shoes mate

100% Backed. As far as leather footwear is concerned, mud is the enemy. Wash it off before it dries.

I'm so impressed with these. I wore them for two consecutive 14 hour work days, straight out of the box. Of that time, I probably spent 30 total minutes off my feet. My feet were tired at the end of the day, but not sore at all, and no blisters.

They feel like tanks; I couldn't be happier with them. The fit is absolutely perfect, too. A touch snug, like I prefer.
