Out shopping for furniture today in the sales. I need a coffee table, but I think that I might skip on this one from Moooi…
Missed out on a good deal on a lamp in Selfridges. Whilst waiting to speak to the assistant on that section another couple managed to buy it. They'd flagged down another one who was passing.

I am a big fan of Spyder.
There a ton of other brands out there Patagonia, Helly Hanson, Arc'Teryx that are all not made in China but are substantially more expensive then Spyder. IMO Spyder holds it's own it's against those other brands.
As far as equipment goes I use Volkl Kendo & Volkl Shiro skis, Look Pivot 14 bindings, Leki poles and Dalbello Panterra boots.

was looking into spyder as well…great brand with lots of great things.
friends of mine are rocking peak performance and mammut and all that. think i'll go the spyder way then if i can find a place to try on their stuff. otherwise i need to try my luck with ordering online!before copping skis and all that, i'm gonna test drive a few first...then i'll make my decision!

Love Spyder, also love Descente but my guess is they no longer manufacture in Japan.
