IH-707 - Mercerised Cotton Chino Pants

Arrived yesterday, look great even in their slightly oversized raw state!
Question for those that know - I soaked them for an hour in a lukewarm bath and let them hang dry overnight, and after a quick check this morning, the fit seems a bit closer, however before I get them hemmed, should I be giving them a warmer/hotter soak or regular machine wash to ensure no further shrinkage? I'm only concerned about leg length here.

@tmg I took mine threw them right away in the washing machine on hot and put them in a hot dryer.

Wear them in good health. They are the nicest chinos. I haver seen. Especially after the "sheen" disappears.

Thanks D666, and even though I've yet to wear them I can see these becoming favourites, the fit and material are spot on!

Already considering buying a second pair, and would love some other colour choices - blue, navy…..G, any chance?

Where in the colour spectrum does indigo sit, in relation to navy blue? Slightly lighter?

Site says 1" waist and 1" length. Did you notice anymore shrinkage in those two measurements or anywhere else for that matter?

Waist band is part of the trouser rather than a separate piece, slash pockets which go up into the waist band, coin pocket......

Size 32 in these looks quite similar to beetle busters in size 34… If I were to get these should I size down two from my busters?
(I’m being told I wear jeans too much! )
