One of our friends, Anna, will be attempting to swim around the Isle of Wight (that is 60 miles) tomorrow.

So, after full day out (in) on the water scrubbing hulls, Alex got an emergency call at 10:00pm.  A tug had wrapped a rope around it's prop in Southampton and needed to berth a container vessel (not having propulsion is a tad awkward in that situation).  He got back at 2:30AM and then got another call at 08:00 for another prop wrap, I think he's earning his bacon….

Anna has completed the swim.  60 miles.  Only the 4th time it has ever been done and the first by a woman…..Respect
