You got it!  The cheat is the rice, otherwise tried to stay as Paleo as I could.  It's an outstanding restaurant.

Interestingly, since I completely ditched wheat (not even cheat meals now), I feel like my stomach has shrunk.  I barely wound up making a dent in that meal, where historically I could have probably finished it, given that I only had a salad today.

after months of being without a blender, i finally have my own one. made some almond butter yesterday and enjoying it today (with a banana and some berries)

added some coconutflakes and a bit of stevia
