You got it!  The cheat is the rice, otherwise tried to stay as Paleo as I could.  It's an outstanding restaurant.

Interestingly, since I completely ditched wheat (not even cheat meals now), I feel like my stomach has shrunk.  I barely wound up making a dent in that meal, where historically I could have probably finished it, given that I only had a salad today.

That looks like tikka masala on the right next to the spinach, but what's the red stuff in the foreground?

Wheat bloats a lot of people. It really is best consumed in moderation.

I'm not sure that everything is visible, but my order included Tandoori Shrimp, Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Boti Kabab, Chicken Curry, and of course Saag (specifically Palak) Paneer.

after months of being without a blender, i finally have my own one. made some almond butter yesterday and enjoying it today (with a banana and some berries) 😘

added some coconutflakes and a bit of stevia

                                          looks like this now

…and the taste is just so god damn brilliant. way better as store bought! love it...
