Wrote a paper on them during an architecture course at UNM a few years ago, but never visited in person.  The way they reclaim water to use as garden irrigation is awesome, and I have to imagine that they are gloriously warm during the winter.  They're expensive, but if you want off-the-grid living, they are totally the way to go.  They are often constructed by rich people in the most picturesque spots in New Mexico…

Ya, my buddy said they were burying giant water containers when he was there for storage. They are cRazy priced if you wanted to buy one already made. My buddy was wondering, How they even get the shit to build them all the way out there in the first place.

Stitched up a very early crotch blowout on my 666s last night. Only have about 4 wears on them but stitching was loose at the crotch intersection… Anyway... Sorry about the shitty lighting... I took these in two different locations and this was the best I got.
