Yeah never in my mind did it occur that anyone at customs might have an issue with some bald eejit Belgian  importing alcohol into his country but hey… Made it...

About that, Chris... This is for Megadome too... The bottle I sent you, Houston, was from the first lot I ordered for work... The second lot, I bought two bottles of that myself... Opened one: it had expired... Foul tasting stuff... Checked the (barely visible) exp date: May 2012 (I ordered this lot 12/2012 or even 01/2013)... Luckily, besides me having bought two bottles, we had only sold one other... Three on the shelf left... Had to bin 'm... So Chris got lucky I shipped him a good one, and Mega was lucky I decided to ship him something élse...

      The End.

That is a seriously crap pic of the IHSH-17.  I seriously loved that shirt, but it sold really slowly….

I love the quilited, lined, two-pocket design there (I don't like handwarmer pockets on shirts).  A shame it didn't sell well.

Giles, do the upcoming natural indigo jeans from TW have any relation to the old natural indigo jeans? Every time I want to pull the trigger on some new jeans I hunt down the pics MikeC posted of ohenrys old pair to encourage me to wait…

Same mill, so could be same denim

It can't be the same denim. The old TW are 16oz and the new are 17oz. However both are organic cotton and natural indigo.

Giles, do you know if the organic cotton is from America?  Just wondering.

Do you guys all really think wheat is bad for you?  If you are overweight and cut it out, no shit, it helps you lose weight, but I'm a pretty normal size and I eat the living shit out of gluten. I also just lost 10lbs by making all my food from raw ingredients (even my bread).  Please school me on why I should stop eating gluten…..

PS Anything that is trying to mimic gluten like pizza crust, tastes like cardboard shit.

MikeC, im not positive if gluten is bad for everyone; however, I can tell you that when I went on my diet two years ago and lost 90 lbs that I never felt better in my life, and not just cause of the weight loss. I have genetic issues with my insides and can tell you that when I take gluten out of my diet I feel SOOOO incredibly much better that I can't help but feel that it isn't something great to be putting into your body. Again though, I do have some issues that are genetic so this could account for the noticeable differences. From time to time I still fall back into a rut of eating quick and jsut whatever sounds good (normally gluten, as I am a Bread Fanatic, thought I can not eat it much anymore) and it makes me feel bloated, distended, lathargic, and jsut down right sick. It takes a few days of abstaining from gluten products to shake those feelings and get back to feeling healthy and energetic again. Just my 2 cents but would be interested to see others opinions for sure. Good question.

                                  Here's my experience:

I used to weigh 295lbs. Now I'm about 215lbs. How did I do it? Ate a lot less of everything, but never cut out any specific foods. Regardless of what people tell you, weight loss is simple science: burn more calories than you consume. You could eat pop tarts and McDonald's all day and you'll still lose weight if you burn more calories than you consume.

That said, certain foods can make you feel differently. For example, eating 2,000 calories worth of protein vs 2,000 calories worth of bread and pasta. With the carbs, you're going to feel more full, bloated and sluggish. But neither is inherently bad for you, it's just the way that it makes you feel.

So unless you're celiac, you're fine to eat gluten, if you're willing to accept the bloated feeling that comes along with it. And the 5-10lbs weight loss that can accompany cutting gluten is almost 100% water, perhaps with a bit of fat if your overall calorie consumption has gone down.

This also applies to the newly lactose intolerant. Here's an experiment: give up all dairy for a month, then eat a bowl of ice cream. Your stomach is going to hate you. Not because you're lactose intolerant, but because your body is no longer used to it.

Fair, and true.  But wheat actually creates hunger.  It actually creates more blood sugar than sugar does.  So, with your blood sugar going nuts all over the place your body doesn't know what to do and tells you your hungry.  The key to sustained satiety is having as stable blood sugar levels as possible, and wheat makes that impossible.
