You r welcome KKT, why you want go 9 when viberg suggest 8.5E with the built up in 2030? I assume your feet have been measured? would double check again if you are unsure.

I know sizing is difficult sometimes but bringing you in the right size will make you happier. I read from others they go half up from their usual viberg size in 2030 last, like Aries for example. But all about preferences. Feet and comfort are so different

Assuming you took a sock into consideration you normally wear in your vibergs. Otherwise it may sound more like a 9 but i tend more to a 8.5 but again your feet are different than mine and others

just bought an insole for my vibergs i got from the sample sale. they were .5 size too big and fit so much better now! very pleased

they're sure nice (or even more than that!), but I'm not so sure if that "dressy" looking leather goes that well together with the (imo) more "rugged boot" looking like 310 last! the 2030 or 110last would look way better/cleaner I'd say…

just my 0.02 though

I know I'm a bit behind, but I've just viewed The Big Decision Viberg episode and 3 things stand out:

Family tension! Glad to see they're resolving it though and got the investment.
Brett is pretty feckin' ripped; quite sure the host is sweet on him.
He also wears a lot of Cabourn and Merz B Schwanen if I'm not mistaken (and I guess that would fit considering the collabs).
