ONI x Naked Famous collab just landed at my door. Fucking amazing. Never seen anything like this denim. So much texture. It feels like they hid a few stories in Braille throughout the denim. Not too sure of Naked Famous's involvement in this collab as the jeans were made in Japan by ONI with ONI denim and do not fit like the NF weirdguy cut.
- 14.5oz super slubby and irregular weave (famous ONI selvedge denim)
- Unsanforized
- Copper rivets
- Black enamel coated buttons
- Hidden back pocket rivets
- Deerskin leather patch with double-name branding
- Union Special 43200G chain-stitched hems.
- All made in vintage American machinery in Okayama, Japan.

The denim sure is amazing, Urbs. I've got the same denim in a different cut (pics were on the previous page, but have somehow vanished….hmmm). It's great for summer.
As far as I'm aware, all the N&F collabs are made entirely by the collaborating company (i.e. Momotaro, Flat Head, Oni), so you're getting the quality of that brand, but with N&F specs. I know N&F cops a lot of shit about being low quality and/or a gimmick brand, but I really rate their collabs highly.

Want to hear how much these shrink - I was tempted by them but the short inseam had me scared.

I cold soaked them and they fit good. The rise is a little high but I think you're suppose to wear this fit a little low on the hips. Taper and thighs are perfect.
Zwer, I got these "used" (but they were brand new) so I'm not sure whether they were hemmed before I got them. But the inseam was 33in initially and they def shrank some.

Yeah, that's the unsoaked inseam length which is why I didn't bother hunting them down. Looking at the sizing table at Nordic Denim House, they've got the unsoaked waist at 39. You reckon that? I'd like to try them on.

No matter how good the pics are, and they are exceptional, the denim is even better when you're able to see it with your own eyes and actually touch the crazy texture.

Yeah mine measured 39in but are closer to 37in now, which is fine for me. I think they might be too big for you, unless you try the size 34 and only cold soak.

Completely agree. I just took some quick pics in my room but was a bit frustrated because I just felt like I couldn't get the texture across in an image.

Depends on the rise. I've got the Momotaro collab that was sanforized and they also measured at 39, but with the low rise of the WG cut, they're only a bit loose in the waist at my usual weight.

I'll be buying them this week when I can make it in to BiG. I wanted the first run but the sizing was huge on me. These look spot on. It's one of the more interesting denims out there. Weird blueish green tint and super neppy.

Cool Urb! I'm very tempted too, although I hardly need more jeans.
The lure of some interesting denim is hard to resist, and if the size chart is right the fit should work well for me.
If you do pick them up, please file a report mate. In the meantime, I'll try to resist…..
Ps. I'm starting to get a clue about what cuts you like, Urb. Have you tried the Skull 5507 ? I know it's completely different denim but the cut is similar and I rate them highly. If you haven't already, check them out when you're at BIG.

Those are absolutely beautiful RnR. I love beige dyed weft yarns. Its so much more appealing that bright white weft. IMO it looks so much better when cuffing or better yet aging. The measurements on these are great as well .
