Sodium doesn't bother me all that much. I drink a lot of water. Also, chipotle was a last resort. I didn't plan my lunch and got stuck at work for a long time. It was either chipotle or some non-paleo option.

Chipotle is about as good as you can do in a fast food pinch IMO.  I like the place shrug

I always get the Barbacoa.

For what it's worth, my cooking or any food that's properly seasoned in a restaurant is probably pretty sodium heavy.  I can't imagine chipotle has more sodium than my home made carnitas. I've never measured how much sodium is in my food, but it sure tastes good.

Yeah. I've surprised myself since going quasi paleo. You really don't need much salt for certain dishes. Carnitas ain't one of em. Neither is any barbecue I can think of, need the salt to draw the rub into the meat. But there are dishes that you can get away with light salt

unpopular opinion….bill hicks wasn't as amazing as everyone makes him out to be.    his commentary was poignant but i never laugh when i watch his stuff.
