Tricky, but the sodium can be managed down there.
Get steak, no salsa, some guacamole, fajita veggies, lettuce, skip the rice and beans and tortilla = 210mg of sodium. Double steak = 530 mg. even with double steak you could eat that 3 times a day and be under the recommended daily intake of sodium I think.
Steak is lowest sodium of the proteins there, salsas are loaded.

^exactly how I do it except I do steak/pork combo. Their chicken is riddled with sodium

Chipotle is about as good as you can do in a fast food pinch IMO. I like the place shrug
