I actually talked to beatle about them but as was stated above the thigh kept me at bay. A year ago I would have been all over it but I just can't do the the super tight thigh anymore. That being said the deim is very interesting looking. Would like to see some macro pics if you get a chance. Hoping beats will decide to do a more slim straight or straight cut as well in the future.

It was the thighs that put me off too. They look really nice though, will have to hassle Danny for a better look sometime.

Incidentally, Tender do 40" inseams, though they shrink down a bit.

The detailing, fabric and whole construction is top notch. I sized up, so the thighs fit me and I don't get the super skinny look…

Normally I vote for super long inseams, but as these have a super long rise and 37-37,5" inseam with not that much shrinkage, I think everybody that can fit IHs will be able to wear these. I can do a huge double cuff (raw) and am 6'2"...

Just like Beatle said ( wear to a pulp). I will be at Ricketts Glen State Park & Rock Run for the next three days. Lots of hiking at these two locations. I will have the ByBeatle & MBB jeans on this little vacation. Keep cool in the mountains 8).

So, I'm back in Hamburg now and think of giving them their soak.
What keeps me from doing it - first, I'm afraid that the thigh will end up too tight and I might have to resell them (in this case with money loss compared to their new state). Second, I think I can hem these without ending up with jeans too short - but I like to think, that roping will be more pronounced, if I soak after hemming. What do you think? (I'll try do take some detailed pictures of the fit tonight, maybe it helps…)
