so Giles, how "satisfied" are you with your C63 AMG or Merzedes in general?
what's the mileage on yours when driving "normal mode"…not talking bout the "hunting down those MBB mode". just your normal sunday drive taking the missus out for lunch!
I know you can't really compare the two since the C63 is just brutal while the CLA 45 is being its little brother...

besides that I'm also toying with the idea to get an Audi S5:

      edit: AMG it is!

How satisfied?  Well let's put it like this, it looks like a sensible car but will do 0-60 faster than a basic 911.  Floor is at 80MPH and it goes like a feckin rocket until I bottle out.  Ask Babyknight, we did that when he was with us.  I get 22 MPG, same as the Landy.

22MPG (~10.7L/100km) doesn't sounds that bad at all…really hope I can land one of these!
I've read a review of the CLA 45 and the A 45...the space when sitting in the back of the CLA isn't quite big (in hight!). the guy's head (180cm) even touched the roof...on the other hand though, this shouldn't be a thing to worry about, since I'm not the one needing to take place there, right 😉

those cars (one of it!) are really high up on my want list right now…leaning towards the AMG though!
now I only need to do well during the next few months and then I'll pray to get/find a good deal...

Rafa, the AMG looks really nice, and early reviews here have been positive.

It seems to be reasonably frugal too. Fuel consumption of around 40 mpg (6 l / 100 km) has been quoted. I like them myself.

yeah, really looking forward to it…think it´s going to drop anytime soon now!
not sure how it´s even possible to drive an AMG with only 6l/100km, but if it is...wtf not 😉

that really would be a brutal change to the peugeot as well...starting to fall in love with this idea, so let´s wait and see 😛

The early eighties Toyota pickups can get through anything. Usually don't need to lock the front hubs to do so either.

                                        Think it, be it.
