What's your favorite Beer?

Doing my homework… Apparently the best Faro is:

• Cantillon
• 3 Fonteinen
• De Cam Oude Faro (old Faro)

Going back to Geers this Thursday...  ::) Getting lots of Liefmans Goudenband as well (and one for a certain faux-Texan).

So… Re-visited the Lindemans Faro... This time I followed the advice to serve it chilled (5C°)... Even put it in the freezer for five minutes prior to pouring... Result?.. Delicious stuff, very refreshing, lotsa taste, bit too sweet but when sitting out in the sun that's not really an issue... Can't wait to try other Faros!..

Having a nice Boon Framboise right now… Nice and sour - very refreshing!..

But this awaits in the fridge… Probably gonna drink it tomorrow - can't wait!..

The Cuvée René?.. Weird cause I bought it because the reviews at Ratebeer described it mostly as medium-sour and sour but not acidic… Ah well: we'll see... Of course, the commercial description is wonderful:

A golden hue sets off the wonderful almost champagne like taste.

I have so many beers to try out this week and well, basically the whole summer… I'm really enjoying every sip and every beer... And I'm forcing myself to get into new tastes and new styles... I mean: I only started drinking brown beers at the end of 2012... Got a long way to go

Going by reviews this isn't a "good" Faro, but it's less sweet than the Lindemans and it sure goes down easily…
