today I went for more of a where am I at approach to the work out

7 exercises 25 reps each, just body weight. 3 rounds

        lunges (prison style)
        jump squats
        push ups
        supermans
        jump squats
        squats (prison style)
        double crunches

        great stuff!

Also, started DDP Yoga yesterday and I am pretty stoked on it. Mixing Skogg, DDP and Big Z work outs I think we are starting to get somewhere. I'll keep ya posted.

Yeah, Doug made a good call on the DDP/Skogg combo.  Those really compliment one another well.  Thanks for that, Doug.

(And thanks for the Tiger Balm suggestion, too- my wife just laughed when I said I was going out to buy some, since her mother apparently used it for everything; aches, pains, sprains, hangnails, warts, indigestion, whatever…)

                    my morning looked like:

                    20sec. workout/10sec. rest - 2rounds

                    jump lunges
                    jump squats

Just completed LVL II Skogg test  2.5 min of snatches with each arm was tougher then I anticipated. My arms are pretty dead right now.

not some sort of a preorder situation? I think they've done that in the past with short run colors and stuff.
