perfect fit on my favourite shirt.

I was about to "crack it" that you've already got more evo on yours in 1 day than I have in 6 months. Read the comments that it's had a bit of love before you got it, and all makes sense.

Bought this beautiful garment in an XL a few days ago, but unfortunately it's a tad too large. I gave it a hot soak to shrink  but it did little to its size. I have it in a 60 wash as I write - hopefully that'll tighten the fibres along with a spin in the drier. I only need to lose 0.5 to 1" across the chest. Will post fit pics once dry.

Can any on confirm these will lose .5 of an inch (shoulders mainly) after an hot soak? I have had a good read through the thread but advise seems to be pretty conflicting

If say its a safe bet with a hot wash maybe not with a soak.. Agitation is the key to yielding a bit of extra shrinkage has been my discovery and I do it on every shirt to achieve a bit more of a bespoke look.

Im a M in IHSH-59. Based on the charts the S should fit nicely but am thinking of M.Will it shrink much?

Finally caved and washed the '33. As expected all indigo is still on the shirt and it looks as good as the day it was purchased. A little stiffer, nil shrinkage. Will get some photos of it in the next week or two once the creases settle back in.

10 months, 3 washes, tons of wear (whenever I can);

The elbow and forearm area is really starting to break in.

After near a year of wear I'm still very much so loving this and feel like it's an extension of me.
