At least you see your dentist regularly. I used to have acid reflux and it ate up my teeth. When I finally manned up and went to see one, it took two years and thousands of dollars (after coverage from TWO dental insurance coverages) to unfuck my teeth

every 6months the dentist calls me to remind me to come over for a quick checkup, so thats pretty cool here!
the bills you guys have to pay for the dentist is just insane btw. …today's cost were like 20€ for filling a tiny hole in one of my teeth! next week another 20€ and I'm good to go again!

Just for some context, re my technological prowess, I've never owned a cell phone, and have no idea about all this social media stuff like Faceslut, Instagranny, or Twatter. It all just passes me by….

i go to the physio therapist today and theyre gonna decide if they can fix me (hasnt worked much so far in 2 months) or send me back to the specialist for a mri and or a scope

1 conservative treatment (PT, rest, meds, time, hand holding, etc)
2 goes away or doesn't
3 more aggressive evaluation and treatment

reasons may be varied but in short some problems will go away with step 1 and your insurance may require failure of step 1 to pay for step 3

I'd normally agree with you on that. But after three doctors trips and a year of it I think more then a x ray was necessary . I signed myself up for the physio . It's getting very frustrating
