The length looks fine to me, as for the waist, only you can tell. But it is fair to say they will stretch slightly with wear..

the length and the overall fit in the legs looks pretty fine to me…if it´s just the top button you can´t get done...wear´em for a few hours and you´ll see, they´ll stretch!

21oz stretches a lot. If you can barely button the top, it's a perfect fit.

I agree with the others- it looks like a good fit to me, but only you can decide if they're right for you.

Thank for fixing the pics, the denim feels lovely, velvety smooth. If i ease up on the pizza and given the way folks say they will stretch i should be ok, cheers

I couldn't do the top button on my first pair either, but they stretched a good inch, and now are super comfy….. they're now also significantly shorter as I had them chopped last summer

The guys are right, the waist stretches a bit. That, and the buttonholes get more easy to button up.

But if it really bothers you and the tags are still on it, you can always return them and  get one size bigger, with the risk of a baggier fit ofcourse.
