The length looks fine to me, as for the waist, only you can tell. But it is fair to say they will stretch slightly with wear..

the length and the overall fit in the legs looks pretty fine to me…if it´s just the top button you can´t get done...wear´em for a few hours and you´ll see, they´ll stretch!

21oz stretches a lot. If you can barely button the top, it's a perfect fit.

I couldn't do the top button on my first pair either, but they stretched a good inch, and now are super comfy….. they're now also significantly shorter as I had them chopped last summer
