@DougNg, it was 7-days a week of excess drinking here that led to my sobering up all those years ago. I still have the taste, and what works best for me is not starting, as it always ends badly. I've aged enough to realize that =). Sorry to hear about your cat. On the kettlebells, I'll be starting cross fit in the next few weeks for a general bulking up. I recall seeing your bulking up via WAYWT pictures; epic!

Hopefully I didn't come off high and mighty with a sobriety comment. It's a contrast, and as equally real/valid. To each their own, and I'm supportive of all experiences and forms of life.
