haha come on guys… they're just a pair of jeans... take g's 25oz 634s, he's washed them countless times and they still look sick as hell. plus these jeans are so thick.. throwing them in the washer doesn't do shit to the creases.. they still come out creased like how they were when I put them in.. only without all the sweat and grime

backed! thats why i just thrash my jeans and wash them whenever i feel they are dirty. 🙂

Well, jeans are meant to be worn, and washed.

They will still look awesome after some time, and I really follow to that theory because I have a strong belief that jeans are supposed to smell good.

doesn't matter for the different strokes man, aren't jeans supposed to reflect on you? so there is no right or wrong in doing it. haha might piss some people off that people wash their jeans every week… but hey, if they like their jeans light blue with no whiskers or combs... that's them. haha lol the endless debate on denim...

true that.. especially in our climate, being 5 minutes outdoors you just sweat a bucket, your jeans become damp and … well ... not very appealing to ....... anyone. not only is it damp and disgusting to you, it's worst for the new people you meet..

Hand wash all the way for me.  It's easy.  Maybe takes 15 min to soak and 10 minutes with soap and wash cloth.  This way, I'm in control and there's no problem.

Been doing this for 6 years, never machine washed a pair of jeans. Hand wash @ last resort. whatever works for you tho 🙂

You guys are totally crazy. 😉

Jeans are clothes and when clothes get dirty you wash them, right? When you sweat in your white T-shirt, do you just airdry it and put it on again??? It'll soon be yellow shirt…same goes for jeans.

And keep in mind that dirt (whatever that is) is abrasive...it "eats" your jeans  + on worst case scenario, you end up with brownish staining on your jeans which will never come off....It will be revealed when there is enough indigo loss.

But hey, they're you're jeans, do whatever you want to. Wash or no wash. Just remember that when you (your jeans)stink like asswipe and chicks run away from you, don't say you weren't warned.

This is true, if you don't wear them for like a week, the smell disappears

I thought I would type down what I do since I just put my 666s to soak after a looonnngggg night at the bar. They had a nasty looking dirt spot, which wouldn't come off after light dabbing and a little rub with water and MIGHT have gotten some little puke dust on them 😞 it didn't smell like it and didn't really look like it, but I still decided to just soak them. They've only had about a month of wear, which kind of sucks but hey, life happened 😉

If they have some nasty looking spots, big dirt spots, etc.. I'll flip them inside out and cold soak in some Dr. Bronner's (Peppermint ftw!). I'll do some light agitation, light hand rub on the spots that look nasty and soak for 45min to an hour. I'll then rinse with fresh cold water, flip them back to normal and air dry. I've done this in the past with my Samurai's after about 3-4 months of wear and they now seem to fade A LOT faster and also seem to break in faster as well. I'm hoping that's the case with the 666s as they seemed to be a little stubborn. Also, I guess it doesn't really matter how much wear they've had. If they're dirty looking but not that dirty looking, I'll just do this since it's not really a wash. I'm sure it won't do any harm in the fading/contrast process.

Now if my jeans have some throw up, chunks, shit, piss, whatever…I'm washing them in the washer. Woolite Dark, gentle cycle, warm/cold and call it a day. I honestly haven't done this yet, but when I have to, this is what I'll do!
