yes anesthetist, you will be very satisfied. mine are drying right now, they look so beautiful and feel so good. details of all the inner pockets amaze me more and more and this leather patch gives a real nice touch to the jeans. I am walking into the bathroom every 10 minutes to look at them and it is 1 a.m. here hahaha

Can someone who has got these (Vulcans, not nads) please post some pics showing the leather pocket reinforcement from a few different angles. I'm curious to see how it looks when being worn - it's my only possible hangup aboutthese jeans.

It isn't wicked bulky if that's what you mean. It's about flush with the reinforcement stitching for the pocket on the outseam, if not the tiniest bit bigger. I don't even feel it when I wear them.  Its just barely visible with a button up on

Thanks Scroogen. It was partly that, and partly just the way it looks in general. I'm still undecided as to whether it would suit my style (or lack of style!)

Hopefully seeing more pics from people here will help shape my decision.

Cool decision to put em on. Nice fit unharmed, nothing to be worried about. Think there will be some more shrinkage to come in general but they settle very nice to the body. Glad to see you in them.

From what I've seen thus far the leather patch is inconspicuous, can hardly be seen, that's a good thing to know… Great fits Davito and Unharmed btw.

I was discussing this with Simon when he popped in on monday.  It is pretty inconspicuous now, and I believe as the denim fades so too will the leather lose colour….

Just got mine from the UPS man and they are pretty badass. This denim has so much character, I can't wait to see it break in. They are soaking now, fit pics will be here soon.

I agree that in Davito's pic the leather triangle looks fairly inconspicuous. I wouldn't want it to be the focal point of the jeans.

OK, these are fecking awesome. Best fit (for me) of any jean I've ever tried. Definitely slimmer than my 634s. I love the 18oz denim dearly.

The leather triangle is definitely inconspicuous but it will be interesting to see if it remains so when they fade. It does make the corner of that pockets really thick so I actually found it a little difficult to get my knife in and out. Slight bending of the clip helped a lot though.

You are definitely aware of the extra material for the secret pockets in the back but not in an unpleasant way (might just be the shape of my bum).

Will do more pics when I don't feel so wretched with head-cold.
