Did anyone else get 2 Inches of stretch in the waist in these besides mankarat? I'm on the fence with sizing. Apparently I lost a bunch of weight. I put on my 38 10 years and they fall right off. Wondering if I should go 34 or 36…
I get 2 inch stretch even on 634s RAW.. No problem… The only fabric not stretch much is duck, herringbone, and tw 15 oz... Those 21oz over are easier to stretch..

Just got my 25OZ'S back from self edge after a much needed hem. There's have a few months of daily wear, I machine washed and tumble dried these 2 times before hemming.nice look m8y,,,need info on the tee,,,,and where can i land one,,,

Yes…check out thread about repairs.
and to prevent further fraying, soak cuff area properly in hot water, and work fabric with your hands to soften it and get rid of the starch. Change water to clean and repeat soaking and "massaging" the cuff area. Stretch soaked area so there won't be any annoying wrinkles and dip dry.

These are my new 25 oz. XHS. At first I wasn't too sure about the fit as these are my first IH jeans in the 634 cut.

Iron Heart is the better choice, my 634S fits perfect!!! DC4 have some 32 sizes left in their onlineshop, that´s my size. Hopefully they have one when I am in Berlin the next time in November!

Thanks maniH is miles ahead (in my opinion) of Samurai, which is still very nice. The IH 25oz line is so much heavier than all the other brands' 24oz models (Samurai and PBJ, which I also have) it's like day and night in terms of feel. IH 25 fabric feels like an armor even after a year of almost daily wear.
In a word, IH rulezzzz
I seriously considered sizing down from my regular 30 to a 29 like you did on these but, in the end, went with the 30. I think it was probably the right call.
