It's perfect in the chest area, but I gotta shrink my belly to get it snapped. I knew that going into it and it's my motivation for not eating insane quantities of crap. In fact, it seems like I'm constantly thinking, "is this going to help me get into that shirt?" I really want to get down to it by October. I may start a "body evolution" thread of shrinking into an IH shirt!
