Seems to me Instagram is just a tool, like a paintbrush or a stick of chalk.  What you do with it is the "art".  Having said that, everyone's definition of art is different and totally subjective.  I tend to be broad in my perspective, perhaps overly so.

ive been meaning to pick up a small frame and cut the logo out of the brown bag and hang it
