I have a feeling for France for some reason. The usual contenders will be there in the latter stages, and I fancy France, Spain, Germany and either Italy or Holland to be the final four. I honestly doubt that England will make it out of their group.

It's a pity that blind faith doesn't work, England would never lose a sporting event again.
I do love (despise) the English commentators for how quickly they can turn a lull into an opportunity to discuss England.
All the hype makes the eventual crushing disappointment that much funnier.

England have been poor for the last 20 years, and I cannot see them (us) getting out of the group.

England's best hope is that France are a set of talented individuals rather than a team, but I still expect a French victory. England don't have any players with the skill of Benzema, Ben Arfa or Ribery.

Watched the France v England match with a 70 min time delay (couldn’t leave the office by 5pm) so only just been able to look at this thread. Happy with a draw. No high expectations for England in this tournament, but I can’t help hoping…

Genuinely surprised by the result, but it was a poor game to be fair. Both Sweden and the Ukraine look to have some quality about them so far too.
and i thought those two would be safe to bet on…oh well, time to bet again tomorrow!
