Depends on your thighs. Cos I'm a 33 in 666S but I need a 34 in OD. However, G wears a 33 on both. So it really depends on your thighs I'd say.

Ok, so I noticed something in the crotch area yesterday…
Some threads were getting loose and breaking

Is this anything to worry about  :o?

if you take a needle and some thread and reinforce that spot a bit, then you should have nothing to worry about!…it´s not a big deal and easy fixable!...

Neither, I actually wear them a little higher than my other jeans so I can be able to button them up to the top button

having a problem here so i'd like to seek help/advice/opinion here.

to cut story short, my intial pair of 666Sod was hemmed wrongly; too short so it was replaced by OGL which really impressed me. Anyway I am puzzled as to why I was able to wear + button up ALL the buttons of the initial pair without much difficulties.

However, the replacement pair, is a total different story. It seems impossible to wear it. The top 2 buttons seems far and not even close to being able to button. Measured it and it reads 32" exactly. Mine's a tagged 34" and I'm wondering would they even stretch to 33.5" or am I wishing for a miracle? the thigh areas are also slightly tighter as compared to the initial pair.

My guess are, the initial pair could have been tried by many others thus the stretch. However, what other ways can I do to this pair to get it stretch fast? Would it help by soaking it (cold i assume?) and wearing it damp till it dry? I am at wits end on this beauty but I ain't quitting on her.

think? not a definite?  anyway i'm starting to have this fear that the buttons will rip apart the hole if i wear and try to stretch them hard. would it?

Not if you do it bit by bit.  Do them up as far as you can.  Wear them for a while and do a few squats.  Repeat.May take a while.  I think Simon managed to get a pair of 634SR that sounds like yours 666Sod to fit after about a week….

and i know it so just go ahead and wear them mate. they def. will/should stretch almost to tagsize!

yours took around 30 wears to stretch them to their tagged 34" yeah? when you first wore them, how many buttons were you able to button? i only manage 2 outta 4. oh and the stretch was damn awkward looking when i button the 2nd one. it looked like its gonna rip the button's hole.

anyway i wore it to sleep yesterday and the thighs are cleared. now im left with buttoning all 4 buttons up.

Get some strong thread and a strong needle.  You may also need pliers to push and pull the needle though the denim.  Start from the inside and just try and replicate the bust stitches….
