just wondering, do we need to soak these since they are raw and unsanforised or need not since its over-dyed?

No need, the OD process takes care of the shrinkage.

thanks alot for the prompt reply. 😃

anyway thanks to Matt's advice, got a W34 from OGL today and will be doing the hemming tomorrow. this jeans are definitely gorgeous. my mate who went with me was astonished by its color and was contemplating getting one until he saw the price tag.  😶

he said he thought it'd be slightly more than a pair of levis jeans.  😉

Did the 34 fit ok?  I'd reconsider hemming them.  I usually wear about a 31 inseam, but I left the inseam as is on these and find that they stack beautifully.  I'm glad I didn't shorten them.

Worn for the past 5 school days and just got a little more used to them.
In about how many wears does the waist stretch out? I still can't button up the top button haha.
And anybody have any highlights of the best fades they've seen on these?

I did the same. My 666sod never been hemmed and are fine.
I usually like to keep long inseams (particularly in slim fit jeans) , with some stacks at the end.
I like the idea to have "big" jeans!

the fit is golden. you were spot on. thank you so much! i bet my thighs won't survive the 33" no matter how much i try. and well i decided to hem it to my usual 31.5" cos i'm not really a fan of crazy stacks. just a mild (1-2 stacks) would be fantastic. 🙂

anyway my 666S are hemmed to 31.5" and thank God this length have been the golden number in all my pairs. they sit just nice after the combs settles; not short enough to show my ankles but definitely not long to make crazy stacks.  😉

i recall Matt saying he took about 30 wears to stretch his tagged 34" to the actual 34". correct me if im wrong though but somewhere along the line.  😛

Sizing on site is pretty accurate for 666Sod. I recommend to size up 1.

second that! after trying on the W34, i am so glad i didn't went with my usual W33. even with the W34, it seems tighter everywhere as compared to my W33 666S.  😶

What is the stretch like on this denim?

I've been blessed with what seems is a missing size for this jean's cuts.
34 waist, according to the site, is measured at 32.8.
36 waist is measured at 34.7.

If everything was right in the world, these jeans would not only cure cancer, but come with a 33.5" waist measurement option.

So… how is the stretch, big or... small?

ps I like the slimmer numbers of the 34 waist.

You'll get about a cancer curing inch or so…

My waist measure 33.5" too and I grabbed the 34" but that's due to my thighs or I'd surely go for the 33". These will stretch to tagged size as experienced by Matt after 30 wears (check his post earlier on)

These jeans are indeed worth the jump! Its totally different from our regular denim. First impression of it was, "holy cow this jeans looks amazing and special". A must-have for anyone's jeans collection. 🙂

                                  cheers for the info.

I'd better measure my waist again, it has been a whole year… better safe than sorry.

DO NOT measure waist. Measure best fitting pair of jeans and measure like IH measures….
