Keeping this thing on track and a good place to be is not a particularly easy task. It may look like it from the outside, but I can assure you it is not. When we started the forum off, I thought how fecking difficult can it be? I was wrong. And I need help, that is why we have a moderator team.
On the whole, I think we are relatively relaxed, but we do need some discipline, otherwise I promise you, we would descend into anarchy, I'd say feck it and I'd shut this place down.
One of the member guidelines states, "If a member publicly criticises a Mod decision or tries to undermine a Mods authority, they're likely to get banned immediately"
Some people think that rule does not apply to them, we remonstrate with them and they go off in a huff. That's a great shame, but better that than total anarchy.
