Received my SW-05 (grey/large) today. It's a great improvement on the SW-02/03 - the shorter length is perfect and the fit in general is great. The hood is much, much better (bigger). Weight wise, well you can't really go wrong with being heavier, can you?

              all round win.

              cheers

(no way I can post a pic at the moment)

I just got mine today in XL. This is by far, the best hoody on the market. It makes everything else look like child's play. I also own the IHSW-03, so you know what I'm comparing it to.

-first off the hood is much bigger than the 03. There is actually extra hood hanging over, when I put it on.
-the weight is burly as hell. Feels as heavy as a Carhartt insulated hoody.
                -super soft, nuff said.
-flat hood strap is sweet. I like it better than the round one on the 03.
-it's 1.2 inches longer in body. Keeps your upper ass warmer than 03.
-the inside is a bit softer than 03.

                Pics will follow soon….

I just wore this in XL with the 41 and a tee under it. The 41 is a XXXL. I feel like XXXLs can fit under this hoody, as long as its not the ultra heavy stuff. I can fit my XXXL 51 under it, but I feel like the Stay Puff marshmallow man. The weather here is about 40F and with wind it feels like 32F. I couldn't feel the wind at all on my upper body.  The hood is also double fabric, so it's super warm and wind proof.  If you dig hoodys, it's a must-have.

Forum hoody is a good bit more roomy in the body and arms. To me the hood fees about the same. The sleeves in particular are quite a bit tighter on the 04 and 05. Softness is very much the same to me.  Length is very close to the forum hoody. Quick and dirty but that's what I can say about the two side by side.

i was just crunching numbers to see how this would work - something that irk's me generally on smaller fitting hoodies is that the hood is useless, being that you're a xxxl (as am i) generally how do you feel the hood fits on this one?

i could use a new hoody.

Zee and Adam, I'm lovin the Hood talk.  And yes, best hoody ever, hands down.  It's not comparable to anything else.

Jesse, My chest is a 24, if this helps. These also stretch a little and not in a bad way.  Also, once you wash it, it snaps back up to pre-stretch state.
