    @Lucifer:

    @bagley920:

    Well, personally, for the collab, it was the price. As for the rest, they're kind like Frye boots, and I've never had much luck with those.

    Ah, I was under the impression that they were close to Viberg/White's/Wesco in quality.

    I meant in look and feel. I've never owned a pair so can't speak to long term quality.

      I think that the perception is that Viberg, Whites and Wesco are top dogs in the world of work boots, and everyone else is beneath them. I'm not saying that is a correct perception by the way, it's just how it seems to me.

            Is it possible to get a replacement button for my IHSH-54? I've just looked down to find one missing.  😞

                                  Hemming pants by hand (not sewing machine), yay or nay?

                                  Thought that I could just cut to new lenght, iron the new fold, use chalk to mark where to sew and get at it.. but will it be ugly?

                                  (too long carhartt roper pants)

                                        Hmm, torn.. I have a machine home at my mums, but I won't be there until easter. I'm visiting my sister this weekend though, and I think she has a machine. If she has a machine, I'll do it there, if not, I'll try to do it by hand.

                                        Thanks guys 🙂
