She's essentially perfect. I've hardly used her for more than holding water bottles and notebooks, and sparingly at that. There's someone who has expressed interest in the item, so unless you're serious, I'll be doing him a solid and holding it until he's able to make a commitment one way or the other.

Iron Heart 21oz denim (from 635 indigo i suppose) and other Iron Heart left over hemming
Veg tan 6oz from trim, 15oz from bag straps

Length was long but not compromise, I turn it into a second pouch in front with the excess denim

The denim messenger bag looks especially good with some wear and fading. Doug should take a few pics of his and post them, because his is lovely.
