Measured the IH way, they are 34". Does the SB stretch as much as the OD?

So I'm looking to replace my 666Sod with these, and I'm looking for an opinion on sizing, my OD are a tagged 33 and are a bit too snug now. It looks like the 33 in the SB are a bit  bigger all around, or should I be safe and go up to a 34? Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!
