The 666S are complete and on the way to me.  The 666Sod are a week or so behind the indigo version.

      Thanks for the update.

Great to hear… an extra week or two will only serve to heighten the anticipation and make the payoff that much better.

I feel a bit silly for getting so excited, but feel I'm in good company here. Denim porn!

It's for the best… I really need to get the most out of my XHS before summer gets here.

due to the lighter denim, will these seem to fit a bit slimmer than the 666xhs? or are they gonna be pretty much the same? anyone know?

They do fit a bit slimmer (on me anyway)

Hell of a summer project that 18 oz denim doesn't behave like the 21 so be warned. Oh and my 18s feel slimmer than my 25s and I have them both in a 36 waist

in what way? sorry if im going over old ground but too lazy to read through the whole thread. breaking in the xhs was fairly tough, the od's must be relatively easy, surely? i'm not sensitive, shoot me down if you must!

I think MM is referring to the fact that the 18oz denim does not breathe as well as the 21oz.

ok, makes sense, thanks for that. though its worth mentioning i live in london which is famous for its non summers. we kind of get teased by the sun as it makes brief appearances behind the rain clouds!

Fellas, stoked about my first IH purchase, but just want to be sure about sizing since Fin666's Size 38" measure around the same at the waist as Fincarelli's.

The other jeans I have are PBJ-011 size 34 which came with dimensions of:

34.5"  ~ waist ( now measure close to 36.0" and sit lower in the waist
                                  10.5"  ~ front rise
                                  14.5"  ~ back rise
                                  12.25 ~ upper thigh
                                    8.25 ~ knee
                                    8.00 ~ leg opening

Due to footwear I'm kinda partial to 8.0 l/o. I'm wondering if I can pull off a size 34 comfortably, because if that's the case, I don't have to keep waiting in agony for a re-stock I can just acquire one locally.

Also, for these re-stocks, are they exactly the same or has something been tweaked to make the jeans less prone to crotch blowouts ?

On the original run, we omitted the bar tack at the crotch.  Once I realised this, we retro bar tacked every pair that had not been sold.  In fact due to the timing of stuff, I was the only person to ship any with the bar tack missing.  All retailers got fixed jeans.  Every subsequent run has had the bar tack included.

                                        666 od's fades are exactly  the same(bluish) as IHxB01od and IH-634S-B?

IH-666Sod is a different denim from the IHXB01od and IH-634S-B.  The process of overdying is the same, but the denim behaves a bit differently….
