Hmm, I guess I should manage the wait 😛 I have tried to compare sizes and find the perfect fit, my current indigo jeans are a bit too tight at 12,75" in the thigh, and the effect is a bit strengthened by the low rise, these are larger in the thigh (size 38 😛 ) and have a higher rise, so I think they'll fit perfectly, the question is how usable they are as a daily wearer for work/pleasure.. I'll read the entire thread again and see what people say!

Seize the day and don't you cry.

Ended up a bit bigger then i wanted, but the only other option was too small. Def didnt wanna mess with the 25ouncers in a size down. All in all very happy with them. Beautiful denim. The colour is amazingly deep in person

I must agree - the deep color and sheen of this denim is amazing. Of all the jeans in my collection, this denim is by far one of my favorites. I would be perfectly happy if it stayed its original color permanently. Making me feel a bit conflicted about breaking them in.

You won't notice, it's like looking in the mirror.  One day you wake up and BOOM you're old and fat and you can't figure out what the hell happened… except the jeans are faded and dope and we should all look so good when we're that worn out.  I say give it to them good.

Georgeel, way back when you soaked the bottoms of your legs, did that cause any shrinkage?  I've been having some trouble lately when I try to wear low shoes like Vans w/ the backs of my cuffs dragging or even getting caught underneath.  I think the openings are a little too big because I hemmed them up to a 31 inseam.  I have to cuff with certain types of shoes and would prefer not to.

Sorry, but I never soaked them, so I can't say nothing about it. I hemmed mine to 33 or 33,5 (don't remember exactly) and I never cuffed them before! I did it now to avoid the snow…  😉

I gave mine a hot soak (hot tap water in the tub) and took a half inch off the inseam and about .25" off the leg opening.

I knew I wasn't crazy… do you have any idea how long it took me to find this?!?!  I was just talking about soaking the hem to see if it tightened up on you.  If it did I may try it.

                                            You are right! I had completely forgotten!  😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

Well, I did that "mini-soak" to have a more "natural" hem after the chain-stitching… and no, I have noticed no shrinkage at all!

                                            sorry again!  😉
