      Hi….

Really need ur expert opinion regarding IH model. i'm very interested to have this IHT510x take 5 collaboration model which is being based on IH634S. I have ask many denim geek regarding my right fitting but both of them given different opinion. For ur info my true fit is 34.5 inch and i like to wear this jean in comfortable manner good shape is second to me..Take 5 staff told me this model will shrink about 1 inch in waist and 1-2 inch inseam which is a liitle bit different from IH 634S. My samurai element model i wear 35 inch whereas AIOGSP 510 model 36 inch which is pretty comfort for me. one more think normally i dont like wearing a low rise jeans but the temptation is too good to me..Any idea??

Usually, Take5 staff do know their shit, but I noticed that sometimes things get lost in the translation, especially on the customer side. But, you know: Irren ist menschlich…

IHT510 has same sizing and cut as IH-634S and uses same sanforized denim - marginal to no shrinkage, but will/can stretch.
            I own IHT510 W32 and IH-634S W33 - I wear W32 (and can fit into a stretched W31)
I own S510AI-OGSP W31 and W32 - I can wear W31 after excessive stretching, but W32 turned out to be the better choice.

Regarding true fit or true size - I'm not going there as it usually makes things too complicated- how and where to measure, vanity sizing, etc...

Take5 didn't do a W35 and W36 seems to be sold out…W34 might be the only way to go.

(what I don't get is his true fit of 34.5" - I have a waist of 34-35" and wear most jeans tagged as 32-33.)

yeah…I'm going to do "hotsoak" for my 634SRAWs when they get here in a washing machine. Was just pondering should I do it in 40 or 60 °C.  (and prob. also use the dryer 😉  )
I guess I have to see how they fit presoak to determine this.

40° is probably fine.  If I remember correctly, IH does the overdyeing process at 60° and it turns the leather patch into something close to a poker chip in consistency.  I doubt you want that.

Was I right about the temperature?  And more importantly, about the advice I gave Injun?
