WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY (PICS)

It is still snowing hard here.  We went up the mountain again this morning and skied for about 4 hours before we had to give up.  Very bad vis, zero contrast and lots of piles of snow waiting to trip you up.

To give you some idea, these are the garage doors to the chalet we are staying in.  That pile of show in the way of them ain't going away anywhere soon…..

so are you snowed in & going to have to stay a few extra days?  might not be too bad of a way to take a few extra days away from the Castle & get some much desrved R&R for the MADame.

We just tried to go into town for a beer.  We got 50 yards, literally lost Trish in a snow drift and turned back.  The town is closed, the roads are closed and there is talk about being snowed in.  We have had possibly 5 feet of snow today…...

Most of roads closed due to avalanche risk, only one lift open at moment, truck loads of snow being ferried out of town…
