depends on how tight the 526J is on your chest and if you want to be able to button up the vest and what you are plan to wear under….

no wear under…over a shirt (T or Western/Workshirt),but buttoned than!

I can wear a tee and a shirt under the Medium and button it, but thats it pretty much…
