I've only worn them for one month, more or less. They were the first IH in my life, took them from SE, and I never been totally satisfied with them. They are too relaxed in the upper side and too tight from knee to cuff, do not work with my legs.

Then I bought my beloved 666Sod, kings of slim fit jawnz... And 634S, that everyone of us should have in our wardrobe... And then 634sr, but they were last pair of the stock, so Giles made me a special prize... And then BB01sbg (who don't have a black pair of jeans?), and then BB01RAW, because they were too cool.
And finally I took my IH-666XHS, you know way I did it....

so now, my 301S sleep on a shelf. I also thought about selling them, and maybe one day I will.

wow you got a lot of pairs! 301S' were my first pair of iron hearts as well
i actually really liked the 301S cuz the tight knee to cuff which is the only reason why im not completely satisfied with the 666's but i still love them. ill probably just get the 301S 07BK next!

the 19oz denim is probably more like 21oz post soak, tighter weave than the sanforized 21oz IH denim, and the 301s07bk overdyed on top of that so in the end these "feel" quite heavier than a pair of regular 301s

if it´s just the waist measurements you´re worrying about i would say yes, since these stretch like hell in the top block…

Thigh - 11.25
Waist Flat - 31.5
Waist Stretched - 32

Opinion:
Love the top block fit the rise is perfect for me, not to high not to low.  The main issue I have w/ these jeans is that there a little too tight on the calve area, and the diaper ass effect I have going on.

Ill grab some outside pics on a better day.

You want me to be honest (gonna be honest anyway): that is a fucking BRILLIANT look… I know it won't change your mind on the fit but these pics will have me looking into these jeans again... Always thought they were too slim and too tapered... The stacks on these are GLORIOUS...

I also look at these every so often, partly because of the price, but mostly because of the fit.  Sometimes I look down at my 666 and think the calves and leg openings are too billowy.  These would look great w/ a pair of blucher mocs and an overly complicated belt buckle.

You've just sold me on a pair of 301s and proved to me that the model on SE does absolutely nothing for this cut. That's exactly what I am looking for, slim but a little relaxed in certain areas. I think I'd go for a hem, but not too much.
