alittle secret, tommy's jeans are probably almost as old as he is.  those arcs & the tab & the pre levis lawsuit tab.  yeah they are in the same league as the 800s, basicly OG Iron Heart goods that you have to hunt for or pull major strings to grab.  you might have those jeans or something like them on an old Christmas card from the Stubborn Crew.

***had to add that i think the recent 634s have really nice denim, not sure what was done, but i really don't think they use teh same formula that was used many moons ago

If you have a seriously old pair of 634S or a 526J, the denim will be the same construction but the weft is very white whereas now it is beige…..

I think in the early days they changed/improved the 21oz quite frequently like almost every year, there was a version in there somewhere they referred to as quad fist selvage, wonder which iteration we're at now….
