Mmmmm, Girl Scout cookies.

You'll be getting an order from me, too, Monday- thin mints, those peanut butter & chocolate things (Tagalogs?) and the chocolate, coconut and caramel ones (Samoas, maybe?).  Damn, I'm a sucker for cookies.

Why do I pay a (paypal) fee when receiving a refund from a retailer?

When we process a refund, the buyer get's the full amount we refund and we get refunded the relevant PayPal fee's....

Weird. Normally you never pay for a refund unless the guy didn't use the refund option but just sent you the amount back as a purchase payment…
