solid list. Graveyard's "Hisingen Blues" would certainly be on my list as well as Gillian Welch's "the harrow and the harvest", and six organs of admittance "asleep on the floodplain".

impossible to pick just one because styles vary so much. All time Fav's? Greg Ginn and Ritchie Blackmore.

I think favourite is easier to pick than best to be honest, and Slash is my favourite.

Riff thanks for those recommendations just picked up Hisingen Blues. Wow is it a powerful record. Graveyard really reminds me of Clutch and that is a wonderful thing.
