Waterproofing

I used this on my Ebbets, which is a light cotton/poly mix shell.

Used half a can, and my Ebbets now appears to be completely waterproof, and the can of spray was only £8.49 from ebay.

It's usually used on camping equipment, and from the websites and forums which I looked through, it generally seems to last about a year, which isn't too bad for the price and how easy it was to do.

Sorry, no pics until tonight  ;), although I have taken 2 phone pics to send to Mini.

First impressions.

• It's warm, and I mean seriously warm.
• It's much lighter than the BR or MF versions.
• The construction is absolutely spot on, tough does not go far enough.
• It is much more fitted, and less boxy than the BR.
• It feels like it will be my winter coat for years to come.
• The collar does negate the need for a scarf.
• It's my favourite IH item after 20 minutes of wear.
